Groovy Goddess Gang (GGG) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting emotional expression and expanding access to mental health awareness, education, and support.
We connect individuals with resources, create opportunities for meaningful connection, and work to build safe, welcoming spaces where people feel supported, understood, and not alone.

The Groovy Sanctuary is GGG's vision for our future dedicated community space centered around emotional wellness, mental health support, and human connection.
Located in Asheville, NC, the Sanctuary (the first of many, for all communities) serve as a space that exists for mental health awareness—helping provide & navigate resources, community led support groups, wellness programs & workshops, and community events together under one roof—making support easier to find when people need it most.

Mental health awareness and emotional wellness advocacy have always been deeply personal to me.
After experiencing firsthand the impact of trauma, grief, mental health struggles, and growing up with limited access to support & resources, I determined there was a lack of supply but immense need in demand with what we need most in this world — community & safe spaces for human connection. I created Groovy Goddess Gang to help ensure that no one feels alone in their. GGG was built from a belief that mental health support should be accessible, community-driven, and free from stigma.
